Two things define us. Our patience when we have nothing and our attitude when we have everything.
How many people smile upon listening your name is one of the important measures of your happiness and success.
In life, Be like a player who runs for his goals and not like a referee who runs only to find faults.
"Their dreams became the wings that carried me to new heights."
Every milestone in life has a foundation, and mine was built on the sacrifices, dedication, and unconditional love of my parents. From a small, modest village to the bustling avenues of the National Capital, my journey is not merely one of personal achievement but a tribute to the silent heroes who shaped it—my parents.
Humble Beginnings in a Quiet Village of Jajpur, Odisha
Born and raised in a serene village in Jaipur, Odisha, where life unfolded amidst simplicity and nature’s quiet rhythm, my parents carried dreams that soared beyond the visible horizon. They envisioned a life for me that transcended the boundaries of our small world a life filled with opportunities, growth, and contributions to a larger purpose.
Their vision was not limited by the modesty of our surroundings. Instead, it was fuelled by their unwavering belief in the power of education and hard work. In a community where daily life revolved around tradition and resilience, my parents dared to dream big not for themselves but for me.
The Sacrifices That Shaped My Path -
Their sacrifices began with the smallest things: skipping their personal needs to save for my education, toiling harder during lean times, and making tough financial decisions that prioritised my future over their comforts.
When the local school could no longer meet their aspirations for me, they made the bold decision to send me to a better institution. At just ten years old, I was enrolled at SVM, Gatiroutpatna—a renowned boarding school in Cuttack, about 100 kilometres from our village. It was my first step toward realizing our shared dream, but it came with a heavy emotional cost. During that time, I was just 10 years old and left the home to study and have a dream to do great in the future.
Leaving home at such a young age was difficult for all of us. My parents endured the pain of separation, knowing it was necessary for my growth. Our interactions were limited to weekly phone calls on Sundays and rare visits every few months. Yet, they never let their longing for me hold me back. Their resilience became the cornerstone of my education, and their sacrifices filled the gap left by their absence.
After excelling in my 10th board exams, I transitioned to Bhubaneswar for my intermediate studies, marking another chapter in our journey. My success was, in part, a fulfilment of their dreams, but there was still much to achieve.
From Village to National Capital Delhi-
The transition from our village to the National Capital was transformative, not just for me but for our entire family. The financial strain of city life was immense, yet my parents bore it with quiet strength. My father took on additional responsibilities, while my mother supported me emotionally, often calling just to say, “We are proud of you. You will do so well in the future. Whenever anyone is coming to our home and telling my parents that your son will go so mile in the life and do much better.”
Their belief in me became my greatest motivation. Every success I achieved in the city was built on their sacrifices, and every failure reminded me of their unwavering support. They taught me to rise, to persevere, and to remain grounded no matter how high I soared.
Lessons That Last a Lifetime -
My parents imparted values that have become the cornerstone of my life:
• Hard Work: Watching my father, taught me the value of persistence. Success is not handed to you; it is earned through dedication.
• Resilience: My mother’s quiet strength through hardships showed me that challenges are not permanent, but the determination to overcome them is enduring.
• Humility and Gratitude: They taught me never to forget my roots and to always remember the hands that helped me rise.
As I moved forward in life, I carried these lessons with me. They shaped my character, influenced my decisions, and reminded me to honor their sacrifices by striving for excellence.
Today, as I stand in the National Capital Delhi, representing not just myself but the aspirations of my family and my village, I know that my success is not mine alone. It is a reflection of their love, perseverance, and sacrifices.
No material gift or words can ever repay what my parents have done for me. They exchanged their dreams for mine, endured sleepless nights, and overcame countless challenges so I could achieve what they couldn’t even imagine for themselves.
Their story is my story—a tale of two incredible individuals who taught me that love knows no bounds, and sacrifices made with love are the greatest form of strength.
Eternal Gratitude -
To my parents: You are the reason I stand where I am today. Every step I take, every success I achieve, is dedicated to you. Your sacrifices are etched in my heart, and your love is my guiding light.
You are the hands that built me, the hearts that dreamed for me, and the strength that will forever inspire me. Thank you for everything—for every dream you set aside, for every hardship you endured, and for believing in me when I couldn’t see my own potential.
"Your dreams may have remained unfulfilled, but you have fulfilled mine beyond measure. For that, I owe you my life and every bit of my success."
“They are the Sacrificial Stars who dimmed their own light to make me shine.”

2. Healthcare Innovation
Affordable and Accessible Healthcare: India is known for providing affordable healthcare solutions that can be scaled globally. Initiatives like the Ayushman Bharat scheme, which provides health insurance coverage to millions of vulnerable families, are examples of India’s efforts to create inclusive healthcare systems.

4. Path to a Vikshit Bharat
Economic Growth and Health: A Vikshit Bharat, or a developed India, is one where economic prosperity is coupled with improved health outcomes for all citizens. A healthy population is the backbone of any developed nation, and India’s healthcare initiatives aim to empower its people by improving access to quality health services.
Social Determinants of Health: The path to a developed India includes tackling social determinants of health, such as sanitation, nutrition, clean water, and education. Programs that focus on holistic well-being are essential for India's journey toward development.

Life is a vast ocean, and every individual is a sailor navigating through its waves. Some sail with clarity and confidence, heading towards a well-defined destination, while others drift aimlessly, unsure of where they’re going. The profound wisdom of Seneca captures this reality perfectly:
"If you don't know what port you sail to, no wind is favorable."
This simple yet powerful statement reminds us of the importance of purpose in life. Without a clear goal, even the strongest opportunities—the "winds" of life—cannot propel us forward. Instead, they scatter us in random directions, leaving us frustrated and lost.
Why Purpose Matters - Purpose gives meaning to our actions. It acts as a compass, helping us make decisions and prioritize what truly matters. When you have a goal in mind, every experience, challenge, and success becomes part of the journey toward that goal.
As Steve Jobs once said: The only way to do great work is to love what you do.
Loving what you do is often rooted in having a purpose a deep connection to the work you’re passionate about. It keeps you motivated during tough times and focused when distractions arise.
How to Discover Your "Port" For many, identifying a life purpose can feel overwhelming. But remember, it doesn’t have to be grandiose or world-changing. Your purpose could be as simple as being the best version of yourself, contributing to your community, or excelling in a career you’re passionate about.
Here are steps to help you find your port:
1. Reflect on What Matters Most - Take time to think about your passions, values, and strengths. What activities make you lose track of time? What problems in the world spark your desire to act?
Your purpose in life is to find your purpose and give your whole heart and soul to it." — Buddha
2. Set Clear Goals - Purpose becomes actionable when broken into smaller, achievable goals. If you want to create impact, start with small steps that align with your ultimate vision.
3. Embrace the Journey - Life’s path isn’t always straightforward. Sometimes, your purpose evolves as you gain new experiences. Trust the process and stay open to growth.
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." — Winston Churchill
The Ripple Effect of Purpose - A purposeful life not only benefits you but also inspires those around you. Your dedication and passion can ignite a spark in others, creating a ripple effect of positive change.
Trust the Vibes You Get: Why Energy Never Lies
Must Read Article
In every moment of our lives, we are surrounded by invisible currents—shifting energies that influence the way we feel, think, and interact with the world. Whether we realize it or not, our bodies are constantly attuned to these energies. From the people we meet to the environments we enter, there’s a subtle language at play: the language of vibes. This energy is felt in a way that transcends logic, yet it speaks volumes if we’re willing to listen. It’s not always something we can see or explain, but it’s something we feel. And when it comes to deciphering truth, one thing is certain: energy never lies.
The Nature of Energy-
Everything in the universe is energy—our thoughts, emotions, actions, and the physical objects around us. At a quantum level, even matter is made up of vibrating particles. This means that not only are we constantly interacting with the energy around us, but we are also emitting our own unique energy. Our thoughts and emotions create vibrations that affect our environment and the people we encounter. On an energetic level, we are all interconnected.
This is where the concept of "vibes" comes in. The term has become a part of our everyday language, yet its essence is much deeper than just a passing feeling. "Vibes" refer to the subtle, energetic signals we pick up from others and the spaces we inhabit. When you walk into a room and instantly feel the atmosphere change, or when you meet someone and immediately sense a connection—or discomfort—that is energy at play. Your body is reading the energy frequencies of the people and environment around you, often faster than your conscious mind can process.
The Truth Behind Intuition-
Our intuition—the gut feeling or instinct we experience in various situations—plays a pivotal role in interpreting energy. Intuition is that inner knowing that arises when logic alone doesn't provide the answers. It’s the voice inside us that often says, *Trust this situation, or something isn’t right here.*
The idea that energy never lies is most evident in moments of intuition. Have you ever walked into a room and felt an immediate sense of unease, despite there being no obvious reason for it? Or conversely, have you ever met someone and felt an instant warmth or familiarity, even though you’ve never spoken before? These intuitive reactions are your body’s response to the energy present. Your subconscious picks up on signals that your conscious mind may overlook—whether it’s body language, tone of voice, or the energy behind someone’s words.
When we learn to trust our intuition, we are essentially tuning into these energetic cues. Energy doesn’t hide; it’s always radiating from us, whether we’re aware of it or not. Our job is to recognize it and understand what it’s telling us.
The Law of Attraction: Like Attracts Like-
One of the most powerful concepts tied to energy is the *Law of Attraction*—the idea that like attracts like. This law suggests that the energy we put out into the world is reflected back to us. If you carry positive energy, you’re likely to attract more positivity into your life. If you harbor negative energy or remain stuck in fear or anxiety, the universe will respond in kind, bringing situations or people that mirror those feelings.
This is why trusting the vibes you get is so essential in creating the life you want. When you’re aware of the energy around you, you can take deliberate steps to nurture and protect your own energetic state. People who resonate with positive energy tend to attract other positive individuals, creating an uplifting circle of support. On the other hand, if you find yourself constantly surrounded by negativity or feeling drained after interactions with certain individuals, it’s a sign that those energetic exchanges are not in alignment with your highest good.
The Energy of Relationships -
In every relationship, the energy between two people speaks volumes, often more than words ever can. Have you ever felt an instant connection with someone, as if you had known them for years, even though you just met? That’s the energetic resonance between you. Your energies align in such a way that you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.
But on the flip side, there are times when you meet someone, and something feels off—even if they’re saying all the right things. This is your body picking up on a mismatch in energy. It could be an unconscious vibration of dishonesty, discomfort, or even unresolved emotional baggage that isn’t immediately apparent. Trusting the vibes you get in relationships is vital to protecting your emotional well-being. Energy has a way of revealing truths that words often cannot.
Why Energy Never Lies -
At the heart of it all, energy doesn’t lie because it is the essence of truth itself. Words can be deceiving, and actions can be masked, but energy is an honest reflection of our true state. Our thoughts, emotions, and intentions are vibrational forces that reveal what is beneath the surface. When we tune into the energy of a situation or person, we are receiving the purest form of communication—the unspoken truths of the universe.

It’s Not Going to Be Given to You- Go out and get what’s yours.
In a world full of opportunities and obstacles alike, one thing is certain: success won’t simply land in your lap. To achieve the life you envision, you have to take control, overcome challenges, and actively pursue your dreams. "Fight for your future. It’s not going to be given to you. Go out and get what’s yours." This isn’t just a call to action—it’s a mindset that empowers you to become the author of your own destiny. Here’s why it’s essential to fight for your future, along with strategies to help you stay resilient on the journey.
1. Take Ownership of Your Life
Success and fulfillment stem from personal ownership. When you recognize that your life is in your hands, you empower yourself to take decisive actions. Rather than waiting for others to open doors, actively seek ways to create your own opportunities. Take full responsibility for your decisions, your growth, and your happiness.
2. Embrace Challenges as Stepping Stones
Every future worth fighting for will come with challenges. Obstacles are not roadblocks; they are learning opportunities that build resilience and prepare you for greater things. Embrace challenges as essential parts of the journey and allow them to sharpen your skills, strengthen your resolve, and teach you the patience needed to succeed.
3. Step Out of Your Comfort Zone
Growth happens outside your comfort zone. Each time you step into the unknown, you develop new skills, gain confidence, and become more adaptable. Don’t let fear hold you back from opportunities that could propel you forward. The future you want is often just beyond what feels familiar
4. Set Clear Goals and Take Action
Dreams alone are not enough—you need a plan. Define what you want for your future in clear, concrete terms. Break your larger goals into smaller, actionable steps that will lead you toward your destination. And remember, progress may be slow, but consistent action builds momentum and eventually leads to significant results.
5. Surround Yourself with Supportive People
The journey to a brighter future is much easier when you have a strong support system. Surround yourself with people who believe in your potential and encourage your growth. Seek mentors who can guide you, friends who will motivate you, and communities that will hold you accountable.
6. Practice Self-Belief and Persistence
One of the biggest challenges in fighting for your future is staying motivated through tough times. It’s essential to believe in yourself, even when things don’t go as planned. Cultivate self-confidence by reminding yourself of past achievements, skills, and unique strengths. Remember, persistence is often what separates those who achieve their dreams from those who settle.
Your future is not something that happens to you; it’s something you create. By taking ownership, facing challenges head-on, and persistently working toward your goals, you lay the foundation for a life that reflects your dreams and ambitions. Remember, it won’t be handed to you—but that’s what makes it worth fighting for. So, step out of your comfort zone, stay resilient, and claim what’s yours.

"In their stories lie our strength; in our care, their joy."
In a fast-paced world often dominated by technology and fleeting connections, the importance of caring for senior citizens cannot be overstated. These remarkable individuals have witnessed history, weathered storms, and gathered wisdom that transcends generations. By spending time with them, we not only honor their legacy but also enrich our own lives.
The Wealth of Wisdom -
Senior citizens are living repositories of life lessons. They embody resilience and have navigated the complexities of life, often emerging with profound insights. Their stories—filled with joy, heartache, triumph, and defeat—offer invaluable lessons on perseverance and gratitude. When we listen to them, we glean perspectives that can guide us through our own challenges, teaching us the art of living with purpose and joy.

Caring for our elders fosters deep emotional connections that can combat loneliness and isolation. Regular interaction can uplift their spirits and provide a sense of belonging. Simple gestures—like sharing a meal, engaging in conversation, or participating in activities—can create bonds that are not only fulfilling for seniors but also enriching for younger generations. These interactions foster empathy and respect, qualities that are vital for a harmonious society.
Lessons in Happiness-
Senior citizens often remind us of the beauty in simplicity. Their ability to find joy in small moments—a sunny day, a favorite book, or the company of friends—teaches us to appreciate life’s fleeting pleasures. By spending time with them, we learn to slow down, embrace mindfulness, and cultivate a sense of gratitude that can transform our outlook on life.
Building a Caring Community-
Investing time in the lives of seniors strengthens community ties. Volunteer programs, mentorship opportunities, and social initiatives that encourage intergenerational interaction create a supportive environment where everyone thrives. Such communal efforts not only elevate the quality of life for seniors but also instill a sense of responsibility and compassion in younger generations.
Caring for senior citizens is more than a moral obligation; it is an opportunity to enrich our own lives and foster a more compassionate world. By valuing their experiences and sharing our own, we create a beautiful exchange that enhances our humanity. In the end, the lessons learned from our elders are the threads that weave us together, reminding us that every stage of life holds its own beauty and wisdom.
